Outdoor Pool
Located at the center of the community, the outdoor pool and pool house provide a place for residents to swim and relax throughout the summer. A lifeguard is on duty during all pool hours.
Season: The pool is typically open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. In 2026, the pool will also be open September 12-13 and September 19-20.
Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM. Please note that the pool closes for the last 15 minutes of every hour for a life guard break and pool maintenance.
Tennis & Pickball Courts
The community’s new private tennis and pickleball courts opened in fall 2025 and are located together on the west side of Potomac Greens Drive.
To receive the court access code, please email Jody (jlee@sfmcinc.com) with a signed copy of the court rules below.
Court Use: Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis unless reserved by the HOA board for a community event.
Tennis Court Rules
Basket Ball Court
The community basketball court is located alongside the tennis and pickleball courts on the west side of Potomac Greens Drive. The court is available for residents to enjoy on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dog Park
A community dog park comprised of two separate spaces is located alongside the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts on the west side of Potomac Greens Drive. It provides a convenient space for residents and their dogs to enjoy the outdoors.
Playgrounds
Old Town Greens offers a newly constructed playground located next to the community pool, providing a convenient place for younger residents to play.
An additional playground (Potomac Greens Playground) is located at Potomac Greens Park on the north end of the neighborhood near the metro.
Walking Trails
Residents have convenient access to wooded walking trails just north of Old Town Greens in the neighboring Potomac Greens community. Located only a few minutes’ walk from Old Town Greens, the trails wind through the woods alongside the Potomac Greens community and continue toward the metro.
Metro Access
The newly constructed Potomac Yard–VT Metro station is conveniently accessible from Old Town Greens. A secondary entrance with elevator access provides a convenient connection for residents of Old Town Greens and the neighboring Potomac Greens community at the north end of the neighborhood.
Free Parking
Free parking is available throughout Old Town Greens on the community’s private roads, as well as along public sections of Potomac Greens Drive. Please observe all posted parking restrictions and community parking rules.
